William Henderson and B. McGraw talk about higher education.  What purpose does it have?  Why are student loans going up so much? Is it really worth it?  This is Part 2 of 3 episodes.

We talk about whether or not student loans improve critical thinking, and whether student gain ins abilities such as reading and writing in college.  We discuss the shift in IQ of college students over the years, and what might be causing this.  Additionally, we go over whether or not the reduction in state funding for education is the reason why tuition is going up.  We then discuss easy credit, as a more likely reason as to why the cost of college is increasing.  Following this, we discuss what exact expense are going up at Universities.  Specifically, administrative bloat, discounting, and facilities spending are areas we discuss.
